Electronics Repair Technician (Onsite – Bornem)

Quest International is hiring an OEM Technician II to join our Belgium Service Repair Center (SRC) in Bornem. This is a hands-on bench repair role inside a structured, ISO-driven repair and logistics environment. We are looking for technicians who diagnose, troubleshoot, and physically repair hardware — not ticket-only IT support. This role is 100% onsite in Bornem.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic device failures
Perform bench-level hardware repair and component replacement
Disassemble and reassemble devices according to OEM procedures
Use test equipment such as multimeters and diagnostic tools
Document repair activity in ERP and Device History Records (DHR)
Follow ESD, calibration, and quality compliance standards
Maintain structured workflow and repair documentation discipline

Qualifications

Hands-on hardware or electronics repair experience required
Experience repairing laptops, servers, telecom devices, boards, or industrial electronics preferred
Demonstrated use of tools (multimeter required; soldering a plus)
Ability to diagnose and fix physical devices independently
Comfortable working in structured, procedure-driven environments
Professional working proficiency in English (required)
Functional Dutch for onsite coordination and safety
Authorized to work in Belgium (no sponsorship available)

Sales or retail repair without diagnostic depth

What We Offer

Gross annual salary range: €42,000 – €55,000
Approx. €21–€27 gross per hour

Additional Information

This role is 100% onsite at our Bornem warehouse (Rijksweg 19, 2880 Bornem, Belgium). Remote or hybrid work is not available. No relocation support provided.
