Summary

Randstad Crossborder is looking for Aircraft Sheet Metal Workers! For our partner that is an independent leader in international aviation solutions for civil and military aircrafts we are looking for sheet metal workers for the region of Brussels Airport Zaventem.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Use hand and power tools to cut, shape and form sheet metal parts to specifications
  • Install, align and adjust sheet metal parts, including flight controls and nacellas
  • Inspect and perform preventive maintenance
  • Maintain a safe, organized workspace and handle tools properly
  • Communicate with team members and engineers

Qualifications

  • Experience in sheet metal work such as welding, cutting, bending, and shaping metal.
  • Background in automotive bodywork, construction sheet metal work, HVAC installation, ship or yacht building, metal roofing, or furniture making is welcomed.
  • Ability to work precisely with thin sheet metal and read technical drawings.
  • Experience in aviation is a plus but not required.
