Summary

Randstad Crossborder Staffing is looking for CNC operators for a high-performance thermoplastics company in Tielt, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • After thorough training, you and your team will be responsible for the production and quality of finished products, which are machined from our high-quality MCAM semi-finished goods made of plastics.
  • Operate multiple CNC machines based on technical plans.
  • Install tools in the machines, correctly set up the machines, and adjust appropriate parameters.
  • Ensure a smooth production process by monitoring operations.
  • Monitor the quality of finished products by measuring parts, recording data, and making necessary adjustments to parameters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC operator
  • Ability to work in two shifts: 5 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 9 PM
  • Very good level of English proficiency
  • Must reside in the area and have personal transportation for independent commuting
