As a Supervisor you are responsible for effectively leading and coordinating our production activities. You will manage a team of production employees and ensure that all operational goals are achieved within the set quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operational supervision:ย Monitoring the production room and being the point of contact for questions or problems.
- Planning:ย Supporting production and personnel planning; administration plays only a minor role.
- On-boarding: Welcome, guidance and training of new employees. When you start, you will be supervised by a training manager.
- Coaching: You motivate and manage employees with diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications

- you are motivated, organised, you have an eye for detail and you are stress resistant

Offer
