Summary

𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 is looking for a 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 for a meat company, in Staden - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. As a Supervisor you are responsible for effectively leading and coordinating our production activities. You will manage a team of production employees and ensure that all operational goals are achieved within the set quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operational supervision: Monitoring the production room and being the point of contact for questions or problems.
Planning: Supporting production and personnel planning; administration plays only a minor role.
On-boarding: Welcome, guidance and training of new employees. When you start, you will be supervised by a training manager.
Coaching: You motivate and manage employees with diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

you know how to use a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿, especially the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲
you are motivated, organised, you have an eye for detail and you are stress resistant𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱
