Summary

For a dynamic family business specializing in tipper transport for the construction industry we are looking for skilled and motivated truck drivers. Operating primarily in the region of Gent and surrounding areas, the company focuses on transporting materials such as sand, soil, and stone to and from construction sites. The role offers the opportunity to work locally without the need for international travel, using a well-maintained fleet of MAN trucks.

Responsibilities

  • Transport sand, soil, and stone to and from construction sites using kipper trucks
  • Plan routes efficiently and autonomously
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in optimal condition
  • Adhere to safety regulations and transport guidelines

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with Code 95
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Offer

  • Hourly salary of €15,732
  • Additional ARAB compensation: €1,7175 per hour
  • Meal vouchers of 8€ per day
  • Remuneration according to the transport industry standards

Additional information

The position involves driving kipper trucks for the transport of construction materials between depots and construction sites. Drivers are responsible for planning their routes, maintaining autonomy in their daily operations, and ensuring the vehicle remains in excellent condition.
