Summary

For a dynamic contracting company specializing in the maintenance of public domains, we are looking for a motivated Team Leader for Green and Cleanliness Maintenance. This role involves coordinating and executing green maintenance and cleanliness tasks while leading a team to ensure efficiency and high-quality results. The ideal candidate has a passion for maintaining a well-kept environment and strong leadership skills. A competitive salary package is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and guiding a team in green and cleanliness maintenance.
  • Planning and coordinating tasks on-site.
  • Ensuring safety for both yourself and your team.
  • Monitoring the quality and progress of the work.
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the site manager.
  • Actively participating in maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in green maintenance or public cleanliness.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of plants, tools, and techniques related to green management.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented.
  • Possession of a B driving license and own transport (C license is a plus).
  • VCA certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or English.

Offer

  • €17 - €20 /hour
