Summary

A dynamic family business specializing in tipper transport for the construction industry is looking for a professional and dedicated truck driver. Based in the region of Ghent, the company focuses on transporting construction materials such as sand, soil, and stone to and from construction sites. Using a fleet of reliable MAN trucks, they primarily serve large construction companies within the E34 area, including Evergem, Meetjesland, and Antwerp. This role offers an opportunity to work locally, with no need for international travel. Drivers benefit from a competitive hourly salary of €15,732, additional ARAB compensation of €1,7175 per hour, and meal vouchers worth €8 per day. The position also provides a permanent assignment after an initial training period on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities

  • Transport construction materials, such as sand, soil, and stone, between depots and construction sites using tipper trucks.
  • Plan routes efficiently and operate independently.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle remains in excellent working condition.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and transport guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with Code 95.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.
