Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner for a specialized company with expertise in hydraulics. The organization serves as a trusted partner for renowned brands, providing hydraulic components and offering services such as maintenance, repair, and production of hydraulic systems. Equipped with advanced workshop facilities, the company manages various machining projects, including the repair of hydraulic cylinders up to 30 tons. The role involves programming and operating Haas CNC lathes to manufacture and repair hydraulic components, focusing on precision tolerances of up to 0.01 mm. This includes programming with G and M codes, working with materials such as steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel, and ensuring high-quality output. A competitive salary starting at €19 per hour, overtime pay at 150%, meal vouchers worth €6 per day, and annual vouchers valued at €250 are part of the benefits package. Permanent employment is offered following an initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Program and operate Haas CNC lathes for manufacturing and repairs.
  • Ensure precision tolerances of up to 0.01 mm in all operations.
  • Produce components based on technical drawings or physical models.
  • Maintain CNC equipment and manage tools effectively.
  • Conduct quality control checks using precision instruments to verify finished components.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience programming and operating CNC lathes, particularly Haas machines.
  • Strong understanding of G and M codes.
  • Familiarity with materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and bronze.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools, including micrometers.
  • Basic mechanical maintenance skills.
