Summary

For a leading company specializing in electrical installations for telecom, charging infrastructure, medium voltage, sports and project lighting, public lighting, and more, we are looking for a skilled and motivated crane operator with experience in using a truck-mounted crane. You always start your day at the workshop in Herentals and drive to the location of the project.

Responsibilities

The role involves working in public and sports lighting projects, focusing on operating a truck-mounted crane. The driver is not only responsible for driving but also actively participates in manual tasks on-site. Tasks include:
  • Setting up the necessary road signage
  • Removing old lighting poles using a truck-mounted crane
  • Preparing the site for the installation of new poles
  • Electrically connecting the new poles to the grid
  • Completing the worksite according to safety and quality standards
  • Safe operation of a truck-mounted crane
  • Ensuring proper site preparation and installation of lighting poles
  • Compliance with safety regulations and worksite standards
  • Effective teamwork with colleagues to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

  • Valid C/CE driving license and driver's card (Code 95 is not required)
  • Experience with a truck-mounted crane or willingness to undergo internal training
  • Good communication skills in Dutch or English
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to workplace safety
