Line supervisor – Two-shift system or night shift

For a structured and well-organized meat processing company, we are recruiting a line supervisor in Lendelede, West Flanders. The company specializes in poultry products and operates both in domestic and international markets, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK, and the Middle East. It holds a halal certification, which is a key advantage for its export activities. The line supervisor will be responsible for overseeing an entire production line and managing a team of three to five employees. The primary focus is ensuring the achievement of set targets while maintaining a collaborative team environment. The supervisor will also actively participate in production tasks. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations is a key responsibility.
