Assembly

For a growing and dynamic company specializing in high-quality technical assembly, we are looking for a precise, motivated, and technically skilled assembler. The assembler is responsible for both preparatory and assembly tasks to ensure high-quality finished products. This includes tasks such as greasing, stamping, pressing, screwing, and wire drawing. The necessary components are taken from stock, and additional parts are requested as needed. The assembler thoroughly reads production orders, determines priorities, and organizes the workstation accordingly. During assembly, the assembler mounts, finishes, checks, and packs technical components, including window and door stays, locks, wheels, handles, sliding window locks, hinges, and door handles. Using production drawings, the assembler determines the correct assembly process and operates various machines, including screw, press, and packaging machines. An electric screwdriver is also commonly used. Quality control is a key responsibility. The assembler inspects finished products, tests components, makes necessary corrections, and ensures the final packaging meets customer specifications. Salary: Competitive salary with a shift allowance and £6 meal voucher a day.
