Summary

For a construction company specializing in decorative concrete elements, we are recruiting a formwork carpenter to join the team in Oudenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-precision formwork based on technical plans. Using both panel saw machines and hand tools, the formwork carpenter ensures perfect assembly and finishing of concrete molds. Work is carried out in a day shift from Monday to Friday (6:30–15:15).

Responsibilities

  • Cutting and shaping formwork materials with machines
  • Assembling molds using hand tools
  • Ensuring accurate finishing and adherence to technical specifications
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Following safety procedures strictly
  • Taking initiative and maintaining a responsible work attitude

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience or strong interest in woodworking or formwork
  • Skilled in using hand tools
  • Precise and detail-oriented
  • In possession of a valid B-VCA certificate
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Motivated to learn and grow
  • Juniors with technical insight are welcome

Offer

  • €17.85 - €21.48 per hour
