Summary

We are seeking a CNC Miller & Work Preparer to join a family-oriented and rapidly growing company specializing in precision mechanics. The role focuses on refining manufacturing processes to deliver top-quality production results. Key tasks include preparing detailed technical drawings to assist with CNC programming, overseeing production stages, and conducting interim quality inspections. The role also involves scheduling and managing milling operations, setting up and operating CNC milling machines, and performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to define efficient production strategies.
  • Create precise technical drawings to support seamless CNC programming.
  • Monitor production stages and perform quality checks at key intervals.
  • Plan and manage the milling schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Operate and fine-tune CNC milling machines for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to maintain machinery reliability.

Qualifications

  • Completed technical secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC milling machines and precision finishing of mechanical components.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and creating complex technical drawings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • Genuine interest in technology and mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Offer

  • €14 - €15 per hour
