Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher for a leading production company in the concrete industry. The role involves preparing and verifying concrete mixtures while ensuring that production halls have a continuous supply of concrete to meet manufacturing demands. This is a daytime position with working hours from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. You will enjoy a generous leave package comprising 20 vacation days, 12 unpaid ADV days, and 2 extra statutory leave days (32 days fixed in the annual vacation calendar, with 2 flexible days).

Responsibilities

  • Produce concrete mixtures according to specified compositions.
  • Start, operate, and monitor the concrete production plant.
  • Oversee mixers to maintain an efficient production flow.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Compile production reports and manage data.
  • Order raw materials and supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Practical and technical organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Comfort working in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, oil, and water.
  • Prior experience in concrete production is a plus.
