Summary

For a leading manufacturer of industrial vehicles and machine components, we are recruiting a Robot Welding Operator. The operator is responsible for welding steel components using a welding robot, including programming and adjusting the robot for production tasks. The role requires collaboration with offline programmers and constructors to optimize welding processes for new and existing products. Responsibilities

  • Operate and program welding robots for efficient production
  • Collaborate with programmers and constructors to improve welding programs
  • Monitor and ensure consistent weld quality
  • Evaluate and refine finished components for optimal results
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of welding processes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding on steel
  • Experience with robotic welding systems is an asset
  • Strong technical insight and problem-solving ability
  • Attention to quality and precision
  • Able to work independently and provide technical feedback

Offer

  • €19 - €22 per hour
