Summary

For a dynamic production environment, we are seeking a Line Operator to oversee production, ensure quality control, and train team members. The role involves managing the production line, optimizing processes, and maintaining smooth operations. You will work in a flexible shift system from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities

  • Ensure production planning is followed on your assigned line, including supply and removal of materials using a forklift.
  • Train new employees and assist with implementing training plans.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor to propose and implement performance improvements.
  • Conduct quality checks on stacking, labeling, and processed quantities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as attendance, performance tracking, and staff evaluations.
  • Act as the point of contact for maintenance and daily team management.
  • Channel employee questions and report directly to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an operator, with initial experience in managing employees.
  • Technical education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Forklift certification and computer literacy are advantageous.
  • Physically capable and organized, with a strong focus on structure and order.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Residences near the Oudenaarde region.
