Summary

For a leading manufacturer of cold-formed steel profiles operating numerous profiling lines, we are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Pre-assembly Employee. The successful candidate will be integral to the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of profiling lines. This role involves working within a 2-shift system and offers varied tasks, tailor-made training, and a safe and environmentally conscious working environment. The position comes with good pay, supplemented with extra-legal benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Performs the safe disassembly and assembly of tooling on cassettes for various profiling lines, based on a set-up plan.
  • Conducts thorough checks of own disassembly and assembly work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manages the transport of tooling to and from various workstations as needed.
  • Maintains order and tidiness within the designated work area.
  • Reports any tooling that requires repair in a timely manner.
  • Identifies and reports any dangerous situations or potential hazards observed in the workplace.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to processes or working conditions.

  • Is eager to learn and highly motivated.
  • Can work independently and prioritizes safety in all tasks.
  • Is flexible and adaptable to changing work demands.
  • Is willing to work within a two-shift system.
  • Attaches great importance to quality, order, and tidiness in the workplace.
  • Has a technical background, strong technical insight, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
