Summary

Randstad is hiring an Experienced Orderpicker for a full-time position in Tessenderlo, Belgium. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a structured warehouse environment. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and flexible with shift work. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with attractive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Pick orders using scanners or voice-picking systems
  • Pack and prepare goods for delivery
  • Operate electric pallet trucks safely and efficiently
  • Work in temperature-controlled zones (0°C to 18°C) depending on product type
  • Perform stock counts and handle returns
  • Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Occasionally work weekends if needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an orderpicker or warehouse operative (medior level)
  • Proficient in Dutch or English
  • Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including heavy lifting
  • Able to work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00)
  • Must have own transportation (location is not accessible by public transport)
  • Team-oriented and reliable
