Summary

Machine Operator at a leading manufacturer specializing in high-tech composite assemblies for the aircraft and space industries. Work takes place in a cleanroom facility with a 2-shift system. The role offers shift compensation, potential bonuses, meal and eco vouchers, compensation days, extra vacation days based on seniority, and health/group insurance upon permanent contract.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds by accurately placing and positioning film
  • Set up machines for different parts (e.g., G650, F6X)
  • Mount and adjust rolls as needed for production
  • Laminate parts according to established procedures
  • Perform quality checks throughout the lamination process
  • Complete all required documentation in line with procedures
  • Safely move molds and tools using crane or forklift
  • Use tracking systems to log materials and orders

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stress-resistant and able to maintain overview in demanding situations
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Strict adherence to safety regulations
  • Able to supply and check materials/products for the workstation
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment including equipment
  • Experience with processing products: cutting, unmolding, finishing, printing, decorating, coating, glossing, deburring plastic or rubber products
