Summary

Experienced Process Operator for a client specializing in high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft and space systems. The role involves operating a large autoclave oven in a 2-shift system (early and late). Competitive salary with yearly increases and indexations, plus shift compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Start up and monitor the autoclave oven
  • Connect electrical and pneumatic components
  • Prepare molds and de-mold parts
  • Perform quality checks on components
  • Troubleshoot first-line problems and act according to procedures
  • Address computer malfunctions related to the process
  • Maintain communication with surrounding departments
  • Work alternating early and late shifts

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in process engineering as an operator
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
  • Flexible team player
  • Works with accuracy and a methodical approach

Offer

  • Shift compensation: 6% for morning shift, 8% for late shift
  • Temporary to permanent contract
