Summary

We are looking for a technical operator. As a CNC machine setter-operator, you will work with high-tech equipment and will learn to set up and operate CNC machines. As an operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a cutting machine that cuts foam blocks.

Responsibilities

  • Operating machines for production purposes
  • Setting machine parameters on the various cutting machines according to the pre-established production schedule
  • Loading cutting programs to slice the foam blocks
  • Quality control during machine operation
  • Performing daily preventive and technical maintenance tasks on the machine
  • Correctly positioning the blocks in the machine
  • Stacking the cut blocks on pallets
  • Cutting foam to size separately
  • Operating the press for foam remnants
  • You will work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday: Early shift: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. Late shift: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. 
  • During your training, you will first work in the day shift.

Qualifications

  • You can perform under pressure.
  • You are in good physical condition and can stand for long periods.
  • You have a good knowledge of English.
  • Having a forklift certificate is a plus.
  • You can work in 2 shifts.

Offer

  • starting salary: 14 - 16 euros/hour + shift premium meal checks
  • stable job, direct contract with the company after an interim period ( after a positive evaluation)
