Summary

We are looking for a motivated Process Operator for a company specializing in the production of premium chocolate. The hired candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire chocolate production process, coordinating a team of colleagues, performing quality control, and troubleshooting machine malfunctions.

Responsibilities

  • Production Process Oversight: Oversee the entire production process, including adjusting and converting production machines.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate, support, and guide colleagues, and manage work distribution on the production line.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality according to strict standards, with familiarity with standards such as IFS, BRC, and HACCP.
  • Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve malfunctions, and provide support to technicians.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility for a tidy and hygienic work environment.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience with technical insight.
  • Proven experience in a production environment is required.
  • Knowledge of IFS, BRC, and HACCP standards is a plus.
  • Good command of spoken and written Dutch or English.
  • The willingness to work in a three-shift system (early/late/night), especially during peak periods.
  • Possession of a numerical and analytical mindset.

Offer

  • This is a permanent position with a starting salary of €17.5195 per hour,
  • Supplemented by a shift bonus and €8 in meal vouchers per day.
