Summary
Quest International is seeking a Regional Service Operations Manager (Europe) to lead service execution across Belgium and Germany. This role owns depot performance, vendor field service coordination, SLA compliance, and Tier 2 technical escalation within a regulated, ISO-driven environment.
This is an execution-driven leadership role with direct accountability for operational KPIs, service quality, turnaround time, and customer performance — not a strategy-only position.
The role is based in Belgium and provides hands-on oversight of EU service operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day depot workflow execution in Belgium
- Oversee EU vendor field service partners and SLA compliance
- Drive operational KPIs (turnaround time, quality, productivity, cost control)
- Manage Tier 2 technical escalation and customer-facing issue resolution
- Ensure ISO/GDP documentation compliance and audit readiness
- Report operational performance to global leadership
- Coordinate cross-border service execution (Belgium & Germany)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across EU service operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of service operations or field service leadership experience
- Experience in regulated industries (MedTech, Healthcare, OEM, Industrial, or similar)
- Proven background managing depot operations and vendor service networks
- Strong KPI reporting and SLA management experience
- Experience handling technical escalations and customer performance issues
- Professional English proficiency required
- German or Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage
- Authorized to work in Belgium (no sponsorship available)

- Strategy-only or corporate PM roles without operational ownership
- Sales-focused roles without service execution experience
- Leaders without direct KPI accountability
- Willingness to travel within EU as required

- Gross annual salary range: €85,000 – €110,000 (based on experience and scope)

Additional information
