Inventory / Warehouse Clerk (Onsite – Bornem)

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and cycle counting
• Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in ERP/WMS
• Reconcile discrepancies and investigate inventory variances
• Support receiving, put-away, and material staging for repair operations
• Maintain organized storage locations and accurate bin tracking
• Follow ISO, audit, and documentation procedures
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reporting

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
• Direct experience with inventory control and cycle counting
• ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required
• Experience in a regulated, manufacturing, repair, or structured warehouse environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Professional working proficiency in English (required)
• Functional Dutch for onsite communication and safety
• Authorized to work in Belgium (no sponsorship available)

Additional Information

This role is 100% onsite at our Bornem warehouse (Rijksweg 19, 2880 Bornem, Belgium). Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Candidates must be available for onsite interviews in Bornem and prepared for full-time onsite onboarding.
