QA/QC Inspector (Service Repair Center – Onsite Bornem)
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming and final inspection of devices and components
- Verify repairs meet quality standards and documented procedures
- Document inspection results in ERP and quality systems
- Identify non-conformances and escalate per ISO procedures
- Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy
- Maintain ESD compliance and calibration awareness
- Ensure inspection consistency and traceability
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of QA/QC or inspection experience
- Experience in ISO, regulated, manufacturing, medical, or structured environments preferred
- Hands-on inspection experience (not quality management only)
- Comfortable documenting findings in ERP or quality systems
- Understanding of non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes
- Professional working proficiency in English (required)
- Functional Dutch for onsite coordination and safety
- Authorized to work in Belgium (no sponsorship available)
Not a fit for:
- Quality managers without inspection execution
- Production-only roles with no QA scope
- EHS-only backgrounds

Additional Information
This role is 100% onsite at our Bornem warehouse (Rijksweg 19, 2880 Bornem, Belgium). Remote or hybrid work is not available. No relocation support provided.
Candidates must be available for onsite interviews in Bornem and prepared for full-time onsite onboarding.
