Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager to lead all commercial and contractual activities on our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility construction project in Belgium. This role manages project costs, contracts administration, and commercial risk across multiple high value work packages.

The successful candidate will have suitable experience of developing and managing complex project schedules through the construction lifecycle The successful candidate will require a minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in Project Scheduling of complex projects from design through to construction and commissioning. A third level degree is preferable, in a scientific or engineering field.

Job description Mission Description We are seeking a skilled Contamination Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the microbiological integrity of our manufacturing processes, cleanrooms, and clean utility systems in compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

You will be cleaning and ironing with regular clients. You take care of their house with happy people in return! You work in your own region and you can choose when you work (in agreement with Helan and the client, between 8 am and 5 pm). Do you already have your own clients?
