
Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, networks, and business applications. Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of IT equipment. Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services. Participate in IT infrastructure projects and advise stakeholders on IT solutions. Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers. Provide remote support for systems and applications across different locations.
