For this role you will need strong understanding of the construction and operation of industrial electrical systems.

Create and implement test strategies by collaborating with development teams to identify risk areas and address testing gaps. Integrate SiL, MiL, and HiL testing methodologies into the framework. Execute tests and analyze results to ensure system performance and reliability. Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure thorough software testing and adherence to quality standards.

You will start-up shuttles, elevators and conveyors at customers’ locations. You are willing to travel. The first projects are in Belgium, but in the future, it can be all around the globe (mostly Europe). You work typically 2 or 3 weeks on-site. You are responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing.

As a Technical Drafter E&I, you will create electrical schematics in EPlan and Autocad of new or existing installations. You will also revise schematics. If necessary, you go to the site to inspect the work to be carried out. You are also responsible for technical control and design of the installation during the drawing work. These drawings will be used for execution on site.
